Setting up A Mail Client to Access Your POP3 Account

It is a simple process to set up your e-mail client to collect e-mail off of our servers hosting your domain name and to send e-mails with that e-mail account as a reply to, just as you would do with your ISP's e-mail account. We have included instructions for the most popular e-mail clients in this knowledgebase.

E-mail clients are perfectly happy to collect e-mail from as many POP3 Accounts as you would like to set up for them to collect. They get one box and then move on to the next and so on. It's all very convenient.

We recommend Mozilla Thunderbird as a mail client. And if you would like a better browser we recommend Mozilla Firefox. Either is available for free download here: Mozilla.org external link icon Questions on both Firefox and Thunderbird are answered here: Support Mozilla.org external link icon

Note: Please, be sure to set your e-mail client to NOT leave the e-mail on the server. This will use up your disk space on our servers.
